When your Australian organisation uses MySafeOps cloud features, you are generally the organisation responsible for worker and site data, and MySafeOps processes that data on your instructions to provide the Service.
Personal information may be disclosed to overseas recipients in the UK, EU, and US. We take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle information in accordance with the APPs, including contractual clauses in our standard DPA available on request at privacy@mysafeops.com.
HTTPS/TLS, role-based access within organisations, hashed passwords via the auth provider, and optional tamper-evident audit logging on higher tiers. See Security & trust.
